The federal government has decided to replace eight police officers in Sindh, directing the provincial government to inform the Centre regarding availability of the nominated officers for transfers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The Establishment Division hass written a letter to the Sindh Chief Secretary in this regard.
Services of BS-20 officer of the Pakistan Police Service, Muhammad Farooq Ahmad, were taken back from the Sindh government.
Two police officers of BS-19 Zeeshan Shafiq Siddiqui and Shabbir Ahmad Sehar’s services were also taken back.
The services of five police officers of BS-18, Shmayal Riaz Malik, Kashif Aftab Ahmad, and Saddam Hussain were taken back from the Sindh government.
Hafeezur Rehman and Capt (retd) Faizan Ali were also directed to report for duty to the Establishment Division.
The notification stated that the Establishment Division has shown interest in utilizing the services of these eight police officials.
