A massive fire broke out in a godown of clothes in Lunda Bazaar of Lahore on Friday, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
The godown is located in Babu Haveli in Lunda Bazaar, located near Lahore Railway Station.
Soon after receiving the report, Rescue 1122 emergency vehicles and firefighters rushed to the spot and started operation to bring the fire under control.
No loss of life was reported from the site of the incident so far.
Earlier in December 2025, a fire broke out at a cloth shop in Azam Cloth Market, Rang Mahal area.
According to Rescue officials, the fire broke out in a cloth warehouse located on the fifth floor of Karachi Plaza. Firefighters responded promptly and prevented major damage to the plaza.
A total of 10 emergency vehicles and 35 Rescue 1122 personnel took part in the fire operation. Officials said the blaze was confined to the fifth floor, averting its spread to other floors. No casualties were reported.
