Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Wednesday launched Lahore Development Authority LDA Insaf Web Portal and Mobile Portal.
LDA Director General Ahmed Aziz Tarar also presented a cheque of Rs7.8 million to Usman Buzdar on behalf of LDA employees for Chief Minister’s Fund to combat coronavirus.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said citizens have been given the facility to submit online applications and all the LDA-related applications through Insaf (Justice) Web Portal and Mobile Portal.
Earlier on Tuesday, Chief Minister Buzdar laid the foundation stone of Punjab Local Government Academy in Johar Town and launched the website of Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Programme.
This project would be completed through financial support from the Asian Development Bank.
Public representatives and local government officials would be trained in this academy and the Local Government department as per the needs of the modern era. Secretary Local Government said that the project would be completed at a cost of Rs1.86 billion in 18 months period.
