As many as four people were dead due to scorching heatwave which gripped the South Punjab, reported 24NewsHD TV on Tuesday.
According to the details, two children died due to heatwave in different schools, a student died while playing football in Fatehpur area.
A girl student died in Faqirwali due to heart attack and a rickshaw breathed his last due to heatwave.
One person also became unconscious in Mian Channu due to heatwave. A motorcycle caught fire in Multan due to heatwave.
Experts advised the citizens to take precautionary measures and avoid unnecessary travel and outdoor activities.
