Popular Pakistani actress Ghana Ali has made an appearance in an interview session with Independent Urdu where she opened up about the upload of her leaving showbiz. In the discussion, the female star revealed that her family and husband are not happy with her profession of acting: however, they are allowing her to pursue her passion only.
In case the readers are not aware, previously a story popped up from Ghana Ali instagram handle claiming that she has stepped out of showbiz for the sake of God which was quite surprising to her fans.
“I’m leaving the industry for the sake of Allah,” read the text story on her official Instagram handle. “Remember me and my family in your prayers.”
However, hours later, the actress cleared the air on the earlier post and affirmed that she was not quitting; it was a joke by her brother.
Lately, in her appearance in the interview session, Ghana Ali detailed that she was observing Aitkaf (a religious practice) at that time when her brother shared the upload of her leaving acting, a playful gesture by him in order to motivate her to quit showbiz. The star added that her brother and husband are quite reluctant regarding her profession and they have allowed her work just because of her passion.
Ghana Ali also expressed consent to perform films after getting a suitable and appropriate character.
