Reflecting on the incident, Ismat Zaidi also spoke about how senior actors often do not receive the respect, patience and care they deserve despite dedicating decades of their lives to the entertainment industry.

She questioned why working schedules and conditions are not adjusted for elderly artists.

The interview quickly sparked reactions online, with many fans sympathizing with the senior actress.

Reflecting on Ismat Zaidi’s experience, respect for elders should never be optional, whether inside the entertainment industry or in everyday life.

Basic kindness, patience, manners and empathy toward older individuals are values that should always be practiced, especially for people who have spent years contributing to their profession and inspiring audiences through their work.
