Pakistani drama Khuwab Meray has gone viral on social media after viewers started trolling its over dramatic horror sequence instead of taking it seriously.

While everyone else panicked inside the room, the uncle continued sitting comfortably, reading a book and enjoying his tea as if nothing unusual was happening around him.
The situation became even more dramatic when Sumbul suddenly grabbed her fiance by the collar and aggressively warned him to leave her alone.
The exaggerated expressions quickly sparked criticism online, with many viewers calling the performances “too dramatic” and “hard to take seriously.”
Social media users flooded comment sections with trolling and sarcastic reactions.
One viewer wrote, “What happened to Alizeh Shah’s acting?” while another commented, “It’s such a cringe scene with terrible acting.”
Another user mocked the styling in the supernatural sequence, joking that even after being possessed, the character still looked ready for a fashion shoot.

Some users compared the sequence to exaggerated television content and claimed the drama failed to present the supernatural angle convincingly.
The drama features a cast including Alizeh Shah, Azfar Rehman, Imran Aslam, Shameen Khan, Sakina Samo, and Javed Sheikh.
Written by Irfan Mughal and directed by Barkat Ali Siddiqui, the serial explores emotional family relationships while continuing to generate strong reactions online.
