The process of attaching M-tags to vehicles continued as long queues of people formed in Islamabad to get M-tags installed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to report, M-tag facility is available at a total of ten locations in the city.
Vehicle registration card and identity card made mandatory for M-tag.
M-tag has been made mandatory for every vehicle plying in Islamabad.
Excise Administration said there is no need to attach E-tag to vehicles already attached to M-tag.
M-tag facility is available at F-9 Park, Excise Office, Lake View Park, No. 26, Kachnar Park.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad said M-tag points can be further increased if needed
The DC said all steps are being taken for the convenience of citizens.
M-tag will help make the city safer, DC Islamabad said.
DC Islamabad appeals to all citizens to attach M-tags at all costs.
