Additional Chief Secretary of the Sindh Home Department removed Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Naushahro Feroze Judge Misbahuddin Phulpoto from his post, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The Home Department handed over the services of Misbahuddin Phulpoto to the Sindh High Court.
The Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court had appointed Misbahuddin Phulpoto as District and Sessions Judge Kashmore.
Sessions Judge Zahid Hussain Metlo has been appointed District and Sessions Judge Dadu.
Sessions Judge Dadu Muhammad Yasin has been transferred to the Sindh High Court.
