Kuwait-based Pakistani businessman Muizz Ahmed Mirza has acquired English non-league football club Plymouth Parkway FC through his international education company, MEC Study Group, 24NewsHD TV reported.
Born in Karachi, Mirza has become the second Pakistani to own an English football club.
Pakistani-American businessman Shahid Khan was the first Pakistani-origin owner of an English football club.

Mirza has ambitious plans to make the club full time within 12–18 months

Founded in 1988, Plymouth Parkway play their home matches at Bolitho Park and currently compete in the Southern League Premier Division South, the seventh tier of the English football pyramid.
The club is based in the same city as Plymouth Argyle but plays four divisions below their more prominent local rivals.
Mirza has outlined ambitious long-term plans for the club, saying his dream is to guide Plymouth Parkway into the English Football League (EFL) within the next 10 years.
