A plea was filed in the sessions court in Lahore on Thursday seeking arrest of all like YouTuber Ducky Bhai involved in promotion and use of betting apps, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The plea was submitted in Additional Sessions Judge Shafqat Shahbaz’s court by advocate Yasin Butt.
The Additional Session Judge sought a report on the petition from Deputy Director Cybercrime and Deputy Director General Federal Investigation Agency (DG FIA).
The petition stated that FIA’s actions against the betting apps are appreciated but every name that surfaces along with Ducky Bhai’s should be arrested as the law should be the same for everyone.
It was demanded in the petition that Ducky Bhai should be released if all others included are not arrested by the FIA.
The hearing on the petition was postponed until next week.
