Pakistani model and fashion influencer Noor Armina, also known as Miss Universe Pakistan 2024, has shared an interesting behind the scenes revelation about her journey to the popular drama serial Dar-e-Nijat, disclosing that she had originally auditioned for the lead role of Zaryab.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Noor shared a video featuring scenes from her appearance in the drama, along with a glimpse of the audition clip she had originally submitted for the project.
Sharing the surprising detail with her followers, Noor revealed that, as a fun fact, she had initially auditioned to play Zaryab.
However, her journey with Dar-e-Nijat took an unexpected turn. Instead of the central role she had auditioned for, Noor was eventually cast as Beenish, the friend of Abu Bakar, played by Sheheryar Munawar.
The lead role of Zaryab ultimately went to Dure Fishan Saleem, who brought the character to life as the drama's leading lady. Meanwhile, Noor Armina became part of the much talked about serial in a different capacity, stepping into the role of Beenish.
Despite not landing the lead character, Noor has successfully carved out her own place in Dare Nijat. Her character Beenish has added a fresh dimension to the unfolding storyline, while her screen presence has also earned appreciation from viewers.
The revelation has now given fans an interesting glimpse into the casting process behind Dar-e-Nijat, proving that an audition for one role can sometimes lead an actor towards an entirely different journey.
