Accused neighbour records abusive videos of child and threatens to kill him if he speaks out: Police register FIR

In Lahore's suburban area, Manga Mandi, an 8-year-old boy became a victim of sexual exploitation as a female accused, a neighbour named Fakhra, allegedly engaged in unnatural acts with the child and recorded videos of the abuse.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the victim's father revealed that accused Fakhra threatened to kill the boy and leak the videos if he spoke out. She also tried to make the boy addicted to ice (drug) before sexual abuse.

As per the channel report, the father noticed the child, Osman, frightened and crying, and upon questioning, the boy revealed the horrifying details of his sexual abuse.

On the complaint of the father of the abused child, a case has been registered at Manga Mandi Police Station under the PECA Act, naming Fakhra as the main accused.

The FIR stated that the accused lady, Fakhra, intoxicated the child with ice (drugs) before committing the act.

The father of the child claimed that despite the case being filed, Manga Mandi police have yet to arrest the accused, raising concerns about justice for the victim.

Traffic constable thrashed in Narowal

Three people tortured an on duty traffic police constable on Zafarwal Bypass in Narowal.

According to police, the accused slapped and punched the constable on duty. The police registered a case against three accused for torturing police official on duty and arrested two of them.

District Police Officer (DPO) Malik Naveed said that raids are underway to arrest the third accused.

According to text of police FIR, a constable named Imran was present on duty on Zafarwal Bypass. 

The accused were busy chatting by parking their vehicle on the road and the constable asked them to park car on roadside on which the accused got angry and started torturing the constable, text of FIR said.
