Bilawal Bhutto, the chairman of the Pakistan People's Party, addressed a large crowd of supporters in Kot Addu on Saturday, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.
He said that he was the only politician who looked towards the people and had a 10-point public economic agenda to end poverty and unemployment.
He criticized his opponents for giving relief to the elite and failing to prevent the resurgence of terrorism. He claimed that he had started building 2 million houses in Sindh and promised to give 300 units of free electricity to the poor.
He also announced that he would help farmers with Kisan Card, which would provide crop insurance, financial support for fertilizer and seeds.
He said that he was the grandson of Bhutto, who said that the source of power is the people, and that he was aware of all conspiracies against the country.
He challenged his opponents to face him in the upcoming election, saying that a lion can be hunted only with an arrow.
He mocked the development claims of other parties, saying that clean drinking water was not available even in Lahore, and that now only showmanship would not work.
He said that this election was only for two parties, the People's Party and the rest, and urged the people to vote for him.
