The 56-year-old actress and singer, who has recently faced renewed accusations of so-called diva behavior, was photographed reaching into her ultra-rare Hermès Kelly Sellier handbag to give money to an unhoused man. The blue crocodile-skin designer bag reportedly sells for upwards of $80,000.
While juggling a coffee, Lopez sweetly pulled cash from the luxury purse and handed it to the man during the outing. She appeared polished and fashionable, wearing a gray blazer layered over a fitted white top, loose blue jeans, and brown leather heeled boots.
She completed the look with aviator sunglasses and was seen confidently striding toward a waiting vehicle. Her straight, highlighted hair was worn down with a middle part, and she showed off her youthful complexion with minimal makeup.
Initially, Lopez walked past the man and got into an SUV. Moments later, as he approached the passenger side, she quickly lowered the window and handed him a noticeable wad of cash.
The man reacted with visible excitement, loudly expressing his gratitude and admiration, saying, "I don't care, I love you. Thank you Jennifer. Oh, yes baby."
The sighting followed intense online discussion sparked by Lopez’s interaction with E!’s Glambot director Cole Walliser at last week’s Golden Globes, which went viral for all the wrong reasons.

Walliser later addressed the controversy himself on Sunday, offering his version of events after the edited clip ignited widespread backlash.
Hundreds of commenters flooded Walliser’s Instagram, accusing Lopez of being "rude," while thousands more liked critical remarks. Many viewers were upset by footage that appeared to show Lopez ignoring Walliser as he prepared her for the high-speed slow-motion Glambot shot.
In the clip, Walliser greeted Lopez, who appeared to respond quietly with "Hi, nice to see you," while looking downward.
Online reactions were swift and harsh, with comments such as "@jlo buy some manners," "Such a snob. Hard to watch," and "She didn't even look at him."
Walliser began his response video by suggesting that "the internet needs to just calm down."
The Canadian director made it clear he took no offense to the exchange, stating, "I didn't take it personally. It didn't feel rude in that moment."
He explained that several factors contributed to the misunderstanding, saying, "I think there's a couple things that added to the fuel of this idea. One, she's just down to business. The carpet was closed. She's ready to go inside. She knew what she was gonna do. She got into the position."
He added, "It's just unfortunate that the position was she was facing away from me. So I am talking to her, she is looking away, but she's getting ready for the move."
Walliser emphasized that he understood exactly what was happening, saying, "I knew what she was doing."
"I knew she was getting ready. I knew it was late. We were just getting through it. That moment didn't feel rude," he continued.
He also stressed that participating in the Glambot is entirely optional for celebrities, noting, "Anybody that stops [for the Glambot], I already like you because you're taking the time to do my thing and this is generous of you because you don't have to do it."
Describing the chaos of award shows, Walliser said red carpets are "generally insane," adding, "It's just a really crazy environment."
He explained that many stars don’t always know what to expect when they approach the camera, saying, "When people land on the Glambot, sometimes they don't know what they're walking up to. And I'm not just talking about JLo here, I'm talking about a bunch of celebrities in the past."
Walliser concluded by reminding viewers of the professional context, stressing, "These celebrities, they're at work. They're there to do a thing to promote their show, to be a guest, to be a presenter... they're working."
