As many as three people were dead when a speedy car fell into a canal in Lahore on Wednesday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The incident occurred when a brand-new Honda City car fell into a canal as the driver of the car lost his control due to overspeeding near Doctors Hospital on Canal Road in Johar Town.
The identity of the dead persons was still unknown.
The car was heading towards Thokar Niaz Baig from PCSIR Society. All the deceased were between 18 to 25 years old.
Soon after the accident, Rescue 1122 team reached the spot and retrieved the dead bodies from the canal and shifted them to Jinnah Hospital.
