Following closely, the Karachi Kings and two-time champions Islamabad United have secured the second and third picks, respectively, intensifying the competition for the most sought-after players.
Peshawar Zalmi and last season's runners-up Multan Sultans will make the fourth and fifth picks, respectively, while the Lahore Qalandars, winners of the past two editions, will conclude the first round with the sixth pick.
The selection order for the first round in the Platinum category mirrors the inverse order of the previous season's standings, ensuring a fair and competitive process. To further enhance equity, each category's first-round pick will belong to a different franchise.
