He described the incident as ‘unimaginable cruelty’ and emphasised that no child should ever be subjected to such harsh and dangerous punishment.

Authorities woke up to launching investigation after the incident sparked a wave of reactions across social media and renewed calls for strict regulations to ensure student safety in educational institutions.
