Islamabad High Court has directed the District Administration to submit reply in Syed Waqar Hussain case otherwise get ready for consequences while hearing a case against permanent and undue promotions and postings of a Grade IX contract employee of the district administration to grade 16 and 17, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
