The Supreme Court Friday released a cause list from October 23 to October 27, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
It was stated that a larger bench and six other benches have been assigned the hearings of cases in the upcoming week.
A three-member bench presided over by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa will hear 55 cases including the election date case on Monday.
Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s three-member bench will hear the petition to hold elections on the same day across the country on Tuesday.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will hear 180 cases while Justice Ijazul Ahsan, heading a three-member bench will hear 50 cases.
A two-member bench presided by Justice Yahya Afridi will also hear 50 cases in the upcoming week.
A three-member bench presided by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail will hear 50 cases.
The cases filed in Military courts against civilians will be heard by the larger bench headed by Justice Ijazul Ahsan on Monday.
