A woman, who was involved in a Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FEHA) fraud case, escaped from the FIA court after her bail petition was rejected in Islamabad on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Central Court Judge Humayun Dilawar heard the case and rejected bail petitions filed by the accused male and the female.
Accused Zakir Hussain was performing his duty as a patwari in the Federal Employees Housing Authority.
The accused were facing allegations of using the authority beyond limits and allotting plots to irrelevant persons.
Both accused are facing charges of causing harm to the legal rights of real owners.
After learning judge’s order, Uzma Batool quietly slipped out of the courtroom and then disappeared quickly.
