Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has said that for the first time in history, Pakistan is moving forward in a united manner on diplomatic, defence, and economic fronts, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Addressing a ceremony in London, he recalled the difficult circumstances under which the present government assumed office, noting that the Prime Minister and his team worked tirelessly to steer the country out of crisis.
Dar said Pakistan, despite its smaller size, had given a befitting reply to India and successfully reasserted itself on the world stage with a renewed diplomatic identity.
He said that this collective effort had allowed the nation to strengthen its global standing while reinforcing its economic foundations.
The Deputy Prime Minister declared that through unity and consistent hard work, Pakistan was now being made stronger economically and politically than ever before, expressing optimism that this new direction would secure the country’s place as a resilient and respected power in the international community.
