Renowned Pakistani actress Sanam Saeed has featured as a guest in an interview with journalist Aamna Haider Isani, where she addressed the changing societal landscape and the contributing factors to the increasing divorce rates in the country.

The actress spoke for the British Asian Trust, which works to provide help for mental health.

In the insightful discussion with the host, Sanam highlighted the positive advancements observed in women's rights and how these advancements have empowered women to safeguard themselves more effectively.

She emphasized that women today are increasingly self-reliant financially and are well-informed about their rights, a significant departure from the past when women often relied on men for financial support. In previous times, women in toxic relationships frequently lacked alternative sources of support.
