The gold prices continued to skyrocket and broke their own all-time record as the per-tola price of the glittering metal on Wednesday reached Rs 115,000 with an increase of Rs1,500 in a single day, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to Sindh Jewellers Association, the price of 22-carat gold has reached Rs 90,378 per 10 grams while the 10-gram gold price has climbed to Rs98,594 per tola after an increase of Rs1,286. In the international market, the gold per ounce price increased to $31.
On Tuesday, the gold price crossed the mark of Rs113,500 with an increase of Rs1,600 per tola as the trade closed, breaking its own record of all-time high. The price of 22-carat gold per tola has reached Rs89,200 per 10-gram while 10-gram gold raised at Rs 97,308 after an increase of Rs 1929.
