Alizeh Shah has cleared the air about her infamous ramp walk fall during a performance with singer Shazia Manzoor.

According to her, Shazia attempted to cash in on the viral 2021 incident by recreating it with other celebrities. Alizeh even shared video clips in which Shazia can be seen singing while other models stumble on the runway.

She also addressed her alleged altercation with Mohabbat Ki Akhiri Kahani co-star Minsa Malik, asserting that she was not the one who initiated the fight, contrary to previous reports.

Alizeh claimed Minsa slapped her first during a heated exchange on set, which prompted her to throw a sandal in response.

“I didn’t start it. Minsa slapped me out of nowhere, and I just responded instinctively,” she said.

She further alleged that Minsa used to smoke cigarettes with her during shooting breaks and never had an issue with her until she suddenly turned hostile.

“We were casual on set, shared smokes… and then she just switched on me,” Alizeh said, suggesting Minsa’s behavior may have been influenced by others.

She revealed that fellow actor Sami Khan witnessed the entire incident.

“Sami bhai was right there when it all happened,” she added, implying that he could verify her version of events.

Alizeh also took aim at toxic behaviour and exploitation within the industry, particularly delays in payments to actors.

She stated that she is now refusing new drama offers due to ongoing non-payment issues.

“I’ll only work where I feel respected,” she emphasised, adding that she has often had to wait up to four months for her dues.

Her remarks have stirred widespread conversation, with many in the entertainment community backing her stance. Veteran actor Syed Mohammad Ahmed recently raised similar concerns, further fueling the debate.

Actress Urwa Hocane showed her support for Alizeh, writing: “I hear you. I get you. Don’t pay attention to these so-called seniors who have such fragile egos that they get shaken when you don’t accept their toxicity.”

She continued: “Respect must be earned, not demanded. Your authenticity will always threaten corrupt people. Don’t worry… karma has its ways. Stay strong and shine on!”
