The Lahore High Court has rejected the appeals against the death sentence of both the convicts of the Lahore Motorway rape case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Appeals against the death sentence of convicts Abid Ali and Shafqat alias Baga has been dismissed.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi issued the decision.
The court issued 17-page written decision of the case.
According to decision, DNA, medical and forensic evidence proved the guilt.
The court confirmed the death sentence of the accused in the rape case and the death sentence of both the convicts was upheld and the court approved the death reference.
