TV personality Olivia Attwood has taken a swipe at the Kardashian-Jenner family in a discussion about plastic surgery.
Speaking to The Sun on Saturday, the 34-year-old former Love Island star said Kylie Jenner’s recent admission about getting a secret surgery at 19 was “too little, too late.”
Olivia is known for her openness around cosmetic tweaks.
While Attwood clarified she wasn’t “bashing” the Kardashians, she expressed frustration over their selective transparency
“We know Kylie’s breasts are fake. We knew she had lip fillers when she was selling those lip kits. What about talking about lipo and BBLs? Their bodies are not created in the gym.”
The reality star-turned-documentary presenter voiced concern over the influence such secrecy has on young fans, especially when celebrities promote fitness or weight loss products after undergoing surgical enhancements.
"It’s disingenuous,” Olivia said. “Celebrities are monetising products and lifestyles that weren’t responsible for their results.”
Olivia, who has previously undergone breast augmentation and revision surgeries, also revealed the one procedure she would never opt for: the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). “I’ve got a pancake bum, but BBL is the only one I wouldn’t do, because the risk is too much. It’s one of the surgeries with the highest revision rate,” she explained.
BBL surgery, which involves transferring fat from one part of the body to the buttocks, has drawn criticism for its medical risks, a reality Attwood says she became acutely aware of while filming her documentary series on cosmetic surgery.
Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner, now 27, finally disclosed her implant details this week on TikTok, sharing that she had 445cc moderate profile silicone implants placed partially under the muscle by celebrity surgeon Dr.Garth Fisher, the same doctor behind several Kardashian-Jenner procedures including Kris Jenner’s facelift and Khloe Kardashian’s facial tumor removal.
Olivia, who rose to fame on Love Island, has since transitioned to more serious content, producing hard-hitting documentaries on the online sex industry and aesthetic surgery. She now uses her platform to promote honesty and safety in the cosmetic world.
