Honorary Consulate of the Philippines in Lahore organised a special ceremony in connection with Women’s Day.

Honorary Consul General of the Philippines Fahdel Sheikh and a good number of distinguished women showed up at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, the diplomat expressed views on the domestic and international role of Filipinos and Pakistani women.

Like other speakers, the honorary consul general shed light on the day and women’s role in various walks of life. Stories of struggles were also shared at the ceremony
