Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani has described Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma as her ‘godparents’
"Currently, Tamannaah and Vijay (Varma) are the closest to me; they are like my godparents," she said during a conversation with Filmfare.
Rasha recalled meeting Tamannaah for the first time at a birthday party.
“This is actually a very funny story. We were at someone’s birthday and a live singer was performing. I was dancing to his songs near the stage and so was she. We saw each other, started dancing together and literally that’s all it took," she said.
Tamannaah recently graced Rasha Thadani’s 20th birthday bash in Mumbai. Pictures from the celebration went viral on social media.
She and Vijay also celebrated Holi with Rasha. In January, they were spotted together at the screening of Rasha’s Bollywood debut film ‘Azaad’. The movie also marks Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan’s Bollywood debut. The film began streaming on Netflix on March 14, nearly 2 months after its theatrical release.
Tamannaah will next be seen in the Telugu film ‘Odela 2,’ while Vijay Varma will soon star in ‘Ul Jalool Ishq’.
