Three persons were killed after a hand grenade was hurled at an under-construction house on Dandar Road in Parachinar, Kurram District on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Unidentified attacker launched the grenade on the house and disappeared.
One person was also reportedly injured in the incident.
The dead and the injured were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital.
