Marvi Khurshid Malik, daughter of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Senator Sherry Rehman, has passed away. The funeral prayers and burial will be held on Monday at 3:30 pm at DHA Phase 8, Karachi, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to the report, expressing his grief, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, described Marvi’s death as an “unbearable loss” and extended heartfelt condolences to Senator Sherry Rehman and her family, praying that Allah grants Marvi a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and gives her family the strength to bear this sorrow.
PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and PPP Sindh President Nisar Khuhro also expressed deep sorrow over Marvi Malik’s passing.
Shazia Marri shared that the news of her death was profoundly saddening, describing it as an irreparable loss and expressing heartfelt sympathy with Senator Sherry Rehman and her family.
She added that party workers stand in solidarity with the grieving family during this difficult time.
