A westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country and likely to strengthen from today (evening/night).
The hot and dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, however, gusty winds and rain-thunderstorm are expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, Islamabad and upper Punjab during evening/night.

Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country, while very hot in plain areas, however, rain-thunderstorm occurred at isolated places in Pothohar region, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
