Former Indian Foreign Minister Yashwant Sinha has made explosive revelations regarding Operation Sindoor, accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government of deliberately concealing the true extent of aircraft losses and misleading the nation through selective media narratives.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, raising serious questions about Operation Sindoor, Yashwant Sinha alleged that the Modi administration, aided by ‘Godi media’, is conducting a deceptive propaganda campaign to hide the failure of Operation Sindoor.
According to the former foreign minister, Operation Sindoor is being manipulated for political mileage, particularly to influence elections in Bihar.
In his scathing critique, Yashwant Sinha claimed that the Modi government's silence on actual facts and its suppression of dissent are deeply troubling.
“Anyone questioning the failure of Operation Sindoor is branded a traitor in today’s India,” he said, adding that Modi, Amit Shah, S Jaishankar, and Ajit Doval must resign due to their failure in diplomacy and intelligence handling.
He further stated that Prime Minister Modi chose to ignore an all-party briefing and instead prioritised political statements in Bihar, reflecting the propaganda-based politics of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Sinha also accused PM Modi of exploiting the Pulwama incident, terming it a false flag operation used for political gain.
According to defence experts, Yashwant Sinha’s bold statements expose the Modi government's strategic failure and significantly damage India's military and diplomatic credibility.
