Turkish Ambassador Dr Irfan Naziroglu visited University of Management (UMT) and held detailed discussion with University President Ibrahim Hassan Murad on matters of mutual interests, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
Both sides agreed to increase educational and cultural cooperation between Pakistan and Turkiye.
Ibrahim Murad stressed that both sides will work on shared educational values to empower youth.
UMT President said youth development will boost the country's economy. He said Turkish students were pursuing higher education on scholarships at UMT. Pakistan and Turkey are two countries like one soul. Turkish Ambassador lauded the UMT's educational services.
Turkish Ambassador also lauded UMT for providing scholarships to Turkish students.
“Pakistan and UMT are my second home, I come here without any worries”, Turkish Ambassador Dr. Irfan said. He said Pak-Turkish relations will strengthen with the passage of time. At the end of the meeting, President Ibrahim Murad presented a souvenir to Turkish Ambassador Dr. Irfan.
