The National and Database Registration Authority (Nadra) has been asked to block 58,000 dubious ID cards in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to documents available with the 24NewsHD TV channel, the KP Home Department issued orders to Nadra to block fake identity cards.
The department wrote a letter to Nadra asking the department to block the bogus proof of registration and Afghan cards.
In addition to this, the authorities completed the mapping process of 9,720 illegal refugees and immigrants in Peshawar.

The deputy commissioners have been asked to convene a meeting on the matter within five days.
