Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq chaired a meeting of parliamentary party to review overall political situation and the ongoing development projects in the valley, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Anwarul Haq said that as a base camp, the top priority of AJK government was highlighting Kashmir dispute, atrocities in occupied Kashmir and in this regard, the government has established Kashmir Committee under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, which was playing an active role in this matter.
AJK PM said that the government will not allow anyone to take the law into their own hands and that the protection of life and property of citizens and their fundamental right to free movement will be ensured by the government. Anwarul Haq said development process in Azad Jammu and Kashmir will continue at full speed and Azad Kashmir will be made a welfare state in the true sense.
PPP Azad Kashmir President Ch Muhammad Yasin, Most Senior Minister Col (r) Waqar Ahmed Noor, Deputy Speaker Chaudhry Riaz Gujjar, Minister in the Government Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore and several government ministers were present in the meeting.
