The Sindh government has enforced new rules for voluntary retirement of the employees, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to the new rules, the government employees will be able to take voluntary retirement after 55 years of age.
In this regard, the Finance Department of Sindh has issued a notification.
According to the notification, pension will be deducted in case of retirement before 60 years.
As per conditions, 10 percent less pension will be applicable on retirement at 55 years, 8 percent on 56 years, 6 percent on retirement at 57 years of service, 4 percent on 58 years and 2 percent on retirement after 59 years of service.
