Investigation committee prepares timeline covering last 12 hours of Raza’s activities: Raza's social media accounts were reportedly closed during the early hours of morning

Important developments have emerged in the investigation into the Mir Raza case, with the inquiry committee preparing a timeline of his final 12 hours, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.

According to investigative sources, Karachi-based Mir Raza spent his final 12 hours trying to arrange an investment and secure a loan.

At 5:54pm, Mir Raza met Ahmed Raja on Shahrah-e-Faisal, where they discussed an investment of between Rs7 million and Rs8 million.

At 7:05pm, a bank informed him that a loan of Rs10 million had been approved in his sister’s name.

At 11:50pm, Mir Raza had a meal with his friend Abdul Razzaq at Ghaffar Kabab House.

At midnight, Mir Raza asked Sarmad Syed for an emergency loan of Rs30 million. In his message seeking the loan, he referred to the following morning as being extremely difficult.

At 2:23am, Mir Raza closed his Instagram account at home. Nineteen minutes later, at 2:42am, his Facebook, LinkedIn and Snapchat accounts were also closed.

At 3:10am, Mir Raza did not respond to several calls and messages from his fiancée.

The investigation committee is continuing to examine the timeline and circumstances surrounding Mir Raza’s final hours.
