Indian fashion commentator and Lock Upp 2 contestant Sufi Motiwala has responded warmly to social media comparisons between himself and Tamasha Season 5 contestant Dr Zee Khan.
The comparison surfaced on social media after viewers began noticing similarities between Sufi’s expressive personality on Lock Upp 2 and Dr Zee’s animated presence inside the Tamasha house. Both are known for their outspoken style, dramatic reactions and larger-than-life personalities, prompting fans to place the two reality-show contestants side by side.
Sufi became known through his fashion commentary before entering reality television. During Lock Upp 2, he also attracted attention for his emotional openness and outspoken nature. He was later eliminated from the Netflix reality show in July.
Dr Zee Khan, meanwhile, has become a noticeable personality in Tamasha Season 5, where his expressive reactions and colourful personality have made him a regular part of the online conversation surrounding the show.
When a social media post comparing the two reached Sufi, he did not reject the resemblance or respond defensively. Instead, he simply commented, “I love him,” turning the comparison into a lighthearted moment.
The short response quickly stood out because of its positive tone. Rather than seeing Dr Zee as someone being compared against him, Sufi appeared to take the similarity as a compliment and openly showed appreciation for him.
Fans have drawn the comparison mainly because of the way both personalities command attention on reality television. Their styles are different, but both are highly expressive, comfortable showing their emotions and capable of creating memorable moments in front of the cameras.
