Two brothers were killed and one injured in a firing incident in Khudian Khas area of district Kasur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Police said the three brothers were on their way towards a court in Kasur from Khudian Khas to appear in a case hearing when unknown assailants began shooting at them.
Two brothers died on the spot whereas the third one and another bystander received severe injuries. The police have shifted the dead and the injured to the local hospital.
Police said an investigation into the incident has been launched. The firing incident seemed to be a case of old enmity, the TV channel reported.
