Nicola Peltz has broken her silence amid the deepening rift between her husband Brooklyn Beckham and his famous family, posting a message that many have interpreted as a pointed response to revelations of a total social media cut-off.

The actress shared the post after it emerged that Brooklyn has blocked both his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, as well as his siblings Romeo, Cruz and Harper, on Instagram, the clearest sign yet that the long-rumoured family feud has escalated into complete estrangement.

Over the past year, Brooklyn has been notably absent from major Beckham family gatherings, fuelling speculation about fractured relationships behind the scenes.

The situation came into public view over the weekend when Cruz Beckham revealed on Instagram Stories that he and his parents had been blocked by his older brother. It marked the first time any member of the Beckham family had openly acknowledged the rift.

Against this backdrop, Nicola shared a carefully worded social media post as she celebrated Hanukkah with her own family.

She uploaded a photograph of her smiling billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, positioned behind the candles of a menorah, accompanied by the caption: “Happy Hanukah from our family to yours.” The timing and emphasis on “family” were widely seen as a subtle but pointed contrast to the turmoil surrounding the Beckhams.

Further signs of division quickly followed. Nicola no longer follows David or Victoria on Instagram, and they no longer follow her either, suggesting that she has mirrored Brooklyn’s decision to cut off digital ties with his family.

According to reports, the breaking point came after Victoria liked a recent post in which Brooklyn shared a video of himself roasting a chicken, part of the cooking content he regularly posts online.

Her interaction reportedly sparked a wave of comments from followers urging Brooklyn to reconcile with his parents. It is understood that he was irritated by the public pressure and responded by blocking his entire family, including his youngest sister Harper.

Friends close to David and Victoria have strongly rejected any suggestion that they would have chosen to unfollow their son. One source told the Daily Mail: “David and Victoria will never stop loving Brooklyn.
They will always be here for him and they always want him to know that, they are devastated at this fall out.

“So far from this being them, it appears that Brooklyn has blocked them to show them that's it, this is final. It is very clear that this is a sign of his complete estrangement from his family.

“For David and Victoria it was their last connection to Brooklyn as he has made it very clear he doesn't want to talk to them anymore, they haven't spoken for months and months now.
“By following him it was a message to him that they still love him and still want to follow his life. Now they can't do that, but it's not their doing.”

The Instagram rupture has unfolded just days before Christmas, underscoring how far relations have deteriorated.

Brooklyn will not be joining his parents or his younger brothers Romeo and Cruz, nor his sister Harper, for the festive period. Instead, he is expected to remain in the United States while the Beckhams gather with extended family at their £10 million Cotswolds home.

Cruz, 20, publicly challenged claims that his parents had unfollowed Brooklyn, clarifying the situation in a blunt Instagram Story on Saturday. He wrote:
“My mum and dad would never unfollow their son... Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked... as did I.”

Representatives for Brooklyn have been contacted for comment regarding Cruz’s statement.

The social media standoff is the most visible confirmation yet that communication between Brooklyn and his family has effectively broken down. Nicola, who is 30, remains disconnected from David and Victoria online, with neither side following the other.

The fallout follows earlier reports that Brooklyn had rebuffed efforts at reconciliation ahead of the holidays. He and Nicola have chosen to spend Christmas with her family in Miami, Florida. A source previously said: “Brooklyn and Nicola decided they would be spending this Christmas with her family. Her parents are really excited to have them.”

The couple arrived in Miami earlier this week, with Brooklyn sharing a photo alongside Nicola’s brother Bradley in the garden of the family’s Palm Beach mansion.

In recent weeks, David Beckham appeared to extend a public olive branch, sharing a throwback photo of himself with Brooklyn and his younger sons Romeo and Cruz. Cruz also posted an image of himself with Brooklyn and Romeo during a trip to Brazil, signalling his hope for reconciliation.
