The Pataudi household has officially slipped into festive mode, with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan kicking off Christmas celebrations alongside the entire family. The warm, intimate preparations were shared by Soha Ali Khan, who offered fans a glimpse inside their pre-Christmas festivities.
On Monday, Soha posted a series of photographs capturing the family coming together to decorate a towering Christmas tree adorned with twinkling lights, bells and delicate ornaments.
Joining in were veteran actor Sharmila Tagore and the younger generation of the family, Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, Jehangir Ali Khan, and Soha’s daughter Inaaya Naumi Khemu.
One image showed Kareena and Saif standing proudly beside the fully decorated tree, with the children gathered around them.
To protect their privacy, Soha covered the kids’ faces with red heart emojis. Another picture captured a candid moment between Soha and Sharmila Tagore, who sat beside her daughter smiling warmly at the festive scene.
Adding to the magic, a Santa Claus made a special appearance, much to the delight of the children.
Soha shared moments of Santa interacting with the little ones, who appeared far more fascinated by the oversized sack of gifts than anything else. Captioning the post, she wrote, “And Christmas week has officially begun!”, accompanied by festive hashtags celebrating the season and the décor.
While the family embraces holiday cheer, all three actors remain busy on the professional front. Soha Ali Khan was most recently seen in the horror-thriller Chhorii 2 alongside Nushrratt Bharuccha, which released earlier this year.
Kareena Kapoor Khan is set to appear opposite Prithviraj Sukumaran in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming crime-drama Daayra. She was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, a star-studded project featuring Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.
Saif Ali Khan was recently seen in Netflix’s Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins, directed by Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, co-starring Jaideep Ahlawat, Kunal Kapoor and Nikita Dutta. He will next appear in Priyadarshan’s Haiwaan, alongside Akshay Kumar and Saiyami Kher.
