A man was brutally murdered by his brother-in-law when he went to his in-laws residence to seek mercy in Hassanabdal area of district Attock, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday
According to FIR, 60-year-old Rehman killed his wife in 2024 due to a domestic dispute and later decided to seek mercy from his in-laws.
The incident took place in the jurisdiction of the Police Station Saddar area.
When the deceased arrived at his in-laws house, his brother-in-law opened fire on him to take revenge for his sister. Later, his dead body was handed over to his heirs.
Soon after the incident, local police reached the spot and shifted the dead body to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ) for post-mortem.
Police registered an FIR against three accused and started a search operation to apprehend the accused.
