The Pakistan Hockey Federation interim president, Mohyuddin Wani, on Monday met with the national hockey team and its management to discuss preparations for the upcoming World Cup qualifying round, 24NewsHD TV reported.
During the meeting, Wani held detailed discussions with team officials regarding strategy, training plans, and overall readiness for the crucial qualifiers.
Wani assured the players and coaching staff of the federation’s complete backing.
The PHF chief encouraged the players to remain focused and united, expressing confidence in their ability to deliver strong performances on the international stage.
“We will take every possible step to restore Pakistan hockey’s lost glory,” Wani stated.
He further pledged to provide all necessary facilities and resources to ensure the team is fully equipped to compete at the highest level.
“Bring pride to the country; we will extend every possible support,” he told the players, boosting their morale ahead of the demanding campaign.
