A senior JUI leader escaped a gun attack in Karachi in the wee hours of Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
JUI Sindh General Secretary Hafiz Ahmad Ali was targeted by three unidentified gunmen near Machli Patti in Bilal Town of Ajmer Nagri.
The attackers riding a motorbike opened fire as soon as Hafiz Ahmad came out of his car at 3:00 am. They escaped from the scene after Hafiz Ahmad’s security guards opened retaliatory fire.
The attackers left behind their motorcycle and the pistol.
The JUI leader was coming back after seeing a doctor.
