The Pakistan Army on Thursday provided helicopter service to help the people stranded in Grace Valley and rescue those suffering from critical health issues.
The recent snowfall had cut off the Grace Valley from rest of the country and people were suffering from several issues, mostly health problems.
On Thursday, the Pakistan Army took a team of seven doctors, including two gynae specialists, to Hillmet in Grace Valley from Muzaffarabad. This team of doctors will provide healthcare facilities to the people of Hillmet and TaoButt in this snowfall season. The army also shifted some people in need of critical health care to Kail and Muzaffarabad for treatment.
The Pakistan Arm also organized a free medical camp in Sardari where doctors examined 153 people and gave them free medicine and advice. Also, the Pakistan Army and the civil administration cleared a 25 kilometers of the road, which was under the snow.
