Two newborn babies among the quintuplets to a Karachi family passed away during treatment in Karachi’s Baldia Town on Wednesday, 24NewsHD TV reported
According to reports, Adnan Sheikh’s wife had given birth to two boys and three girls.
All five children were admitted to the intensive care unit of the local private hospital due to premature birth.
Sadly, two of the five babies could not survive and died during treatment.
According to family sources, the babies were delivered via a cesarean section and included three girls and two boys.
However, despite medical efforts, two of the newborns—whose identities were not disclosed—could not survive and died during treatment.
Speaking to reporters, the children’s maternal uncle expressed the family's deep grief.
"The parents are completely devastated by the loss. The two deceased children will be laid to rest shortly," he said.
