Gold price crashes in Pakistan

The price of gold Thursday crashed in Pakistani after the Pakistani rupee made a sharp recovery against the US dollar on the backdrop of the expected IMF deal and Chinese loan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The price of 24-carat gold has declined by Rs4600 per tola.

With this decrease, the price of 24-carat gold reached Rs140,700.

The price of 10-gram gold of 24-carat has also dropped by Rs3943 to reach Rs120,628.

The price of 10-gram gold of 22-carat also decreased to reach Rs110,575.

The 24-carat of silver has remained stable at Rs1560.

The price of 10-gram silver has also witnessed stability as it is traded for Rs1337.44.

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has popped by $8.

The international rate for gold per ounce has now reached $1831.
