Three labourers died of suffocation while repairing a tube well in the Kallar Kahar area, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
The deceased were identified as 48-year-old Tanveer, 40-year-old Ejaz and 38-year-old Ilyas, who went into the well to fix some fault.
According to the rescuers, another person went to rescue them but he too fainted. However, he was pulled out safely and taken to a hospital.
