Miley Cyrus and Naomi Campbell are under fire for snubbing attendees at a meet-and-greet event in London over the weekend.
The Flowers hitmaker, 31, hosted a fan signing at Rough Trade to mark the vinyl release of her new single Every Girl You've Ever Loved, which features the supermodel, 55, as part of Cyrus’ Something Beautiful film project.
But while hundreds of excited fans lined up to meet the pop icon and catwalk legend, many left feeling brushed aside, claiming the stars were more interested in chatting with each other than engaging with their supporters.
“They were basically doing a meet and greet with each other,” one fan fumed on Instagram. “We waited for hours and got photos of them looking away or mid-conversation with each other. It felt dismissive.”
Clips captured by fans show Cyrus and Campbell engrossed in conversation at the signing table, laughing and talking animatedly while occasionally signing vinyls or glancing at the crowd. Some attendees noted that their brief interactions felt rushed or impersonal, with both stars often looking away during photo ops.
“Sorry to everyone who went and got a photo with them talking to one another,” one user commented on Miley’s Instagram post. Another added, “The way you ignored your fans lol.”
